Igor Levitin awarded winners of the Drone Racing CupHD

The Drone Racing Champions CupHD ended at Expocentre. The competition was held within the 11th International Navigation Forum and the 9th Navitech International Exhibition. The participants in the competition were 68 pilots from Russia, Belarus, the United Arab Emirates and France. The competition took place in Pavilion No.1 on the specially made track occupying 10,000 sq m. According to the organizers’ estimate, competitions of this scale have not been held in Russia before.

The winners were decided following the results of two-day intense competitions. The awards were given by Aide to the President of Russia, Chairman of the Commission for the Development of General Aviation Igor Levitin. “This sport is developed around the world. I think future pilots and engineers – people who are obsessed with the sky – are born here”, said Igor Levitin while greeting the winners.
