Expocentre Fairgrounds will host two important events simultaneously:
4rd International Satellite Navigation ForumNavitech-Expo’2010 International Exhibition
 The first Russian exposition devoted to GLONASS was presented within the Sviaz-Expocomm’2007 International Exhibition. Sviaz-Expocomm’2008 featured the Navigation Satellite Systems Sector which displayed products of such leaders of the Russian navigation industry as the Russian Research Institute of Space Device Engineering (RNII KP), the Russian Institute of Radio Navigation and Time (RIRV), Kompas MKB, M2M Telematika, NAVTEQ, etc.
Considering preferences of all players in the navigation industry and an interest in this area from Sviaz-Expocomm visitors, we have decided to hold Navitech-Expo, an annual exhibition for navigation systems, technologies and services to run simaltaneously with the International Satellite Navigation Forum and the Sviaz-Expocomm International Exhibition.
International Satellite Navigation Forum: A Key Event for Industry Professionals

The Forum aimed to inform the general public in Russia and elsewhere about innovative technologies in the satellite navigation. The main feature of the event is the GLONASS Russian Global Navigation Satellite System and various aspects relating to its use both in Russia and in other countries.
Forum 2008 welcomed over 1200 delegates from 25 countries and 45 subjects of the Russian Federation. They represented over 350 enterprises and organizations. The number of participants in 2008 increased by 30% as compared to the previous edition of the event held in 2007, which serves as an evidence for an ever-growing interest in satellite navigation technology.

In 2007 sales of equipment with navigation features increased by 250%.
During the first half year of 2008 312,000 devices with navigation features were sold.
Demand for navigation systems from state-run institutions reaches 800,000 units.
